Mission Possible was founded in 1979 to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of destitute Haitians affected by malnutrition, illiteracy, ecological crises, poverty, political unrest, and spiritual darkness. Similar work was formalized in the Dominican Republic in 1992. Today, Mission Possible is an inter-denominational evangelical Christian ministry with a strong support base in both the United States and Canada.
What We Do:
Christian Schools & Nutrition Programs:
Mission Possible owns and operates seven schools in Haiti and the Dominican Republic which allow approximately 2,350 students to receive a Christian education and a nutritious school lunch. Our schools provide an excellent learning environment, high academic standards, and Biblical instruction. Through Possibility Kids, our student sponsorship program,
you can offer a child a life-changing opportunity to discover their God-given possibilities.
Leadership Development:
Our Student Leadership Development program provides godly mentors and encourages young men and women to develop the unique abilities and gifts God has placed in them. We are training a future generation of pastors, evangelists, teachers, and doctors.
We offer both Teacher Seminars and Pastor Seminars. Many teachers and pastors in Haiti and the Dominican Republic lack a high-school or college education. Our Teacher Seminars provide practical training for teachers, while our Pastor Seminars give well-grounded Biblical and administrative training for both pastors and lay leaders alike.
Community Development:
Mission Possible invests in poor areas by providing community wells and cisterns, disaster and humanitarian relief, community centers, and an orphanage.
Church and School Construction:
Mission Possible coordinates North American, Haitian, and Dominican talent for engineering
and construction of schools and churches.
