A Foster Parent is a volunteer who represents Possibility Kids to their local church, family and friends. As a Foster Parent you partner with Mission Possible to find sponsors for some of our Possibility Kids. This program allows you to find sponsors at your convenience.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in world missions right where you are. By finding sponsors you not only change the life of a child, but the sponsor as well.
Expectations:
- We start out by providing you with informational profiles of five children that need a sponsor.
- You go to your family, church, friends, and community to find sponsors.
- Once you place a sponsorship you mail the information to Mission Possible ASAP and then encourage that person by sending them a thank you note.
- You will relate to the Director of Child Sponsorship who will encourage you and help you.
You Will Receive:
- Copies of our DVD to use and to hand out to others
- Profiles of five children available for sponsorship
- Directions on how to enroll a new sponsor
- Welcome packets to give to your new sponsors
- Thank you cards
- A list of Frequently Asked Questions so you are prepared with appropriate answers
This is a great help to the Possibility Kids program. Through your contacts and connections you are able to reach people I never could have otherwise. You can be a help in changing the lives of impoverished children.
